  • Follow-up with leads through various digital means (calls, LinkedIn, email, chat, whatsapp, etc.)
  • Develop the leads and move them deeper into the sales funnel
  • Understand customer’s business objectives & IT needs
  • Qualify leads according to BANT principle
  • Research accounts and identify key players using platforms such as LinkedIn and web searches


  • Super communicators — strong listening and articulation skills
  • Persistent – this is B2B sales!
  • Ability to convince prospects by using logical and emotional arguments
  • Positive mind-set and highly energetic
  • Strong understanding of business processes
  • Experience of selling SaaS technology products to B2B clients
  • Ability to build trustworthy relationships with prospects
  • Proficient with business productivity tools (eg. MS Office, CRM, Skype, LinkedIn, etc.)
