  • Researching the needs of hiring companies and learning who makes decisions about recruitment vendor empanelment.
  • Responsible for creating database by secondary marketing research, desk research on internet and primary research.
  • Generating sales leads by qualifying BANT by involving decision makers into an in depth conversation.

  • Cold calling new prospects  to generate new business and following up
  • Taking care of inbound sales queries and closing them 
  • Interaction with CEOs and Hiring Managers for pitching of recruitment and staffing services.
  • Creating and sharing proposals
  • Contacting potential clients via email or phone to get empanelled as recruitment vendor OR set up direct meetings with enterprise team.
  • Responsible for Business development of recruitment and Staffing Services in India, Middle East, Far East and Africa.
  • Understanding Job Specifications of hiring companies and passing them on to the Recruitment team to service.
  • Outbound Calling, Cross Selling and Upselling, Relationship Management.
  •  Manage full sales cycle from inside sales, lead Generation, cold calling, sharing presentations, Finalizing Terms & Operating practices, understanding client’s business profile, mission, vision ,culture, and manpower requirements before passing them to the Recruitment Team to service.
