Dr Lawrence Peris has been a Director of The Search House since 1992. He is a senior management professional with over 20 years of successful cross functional experience in Sales and Marketing, Management Education and Human Resource Management. As a multi-process Human Resource outsourcing leader he has assisted global IT and Software Engineering companies in recruitment, HR policies and manuals, employee development, workforce planning and deployment, compensation and benefits management, performance management and HR consultative services.
His most recent assignment was a strategic HR responsibility as Director, HR in a Next Generation Telecommunications software company where he successfully aligned HR to business goals. Recruited software and IT professionals, scaled recruitment processes and supported business driven HR goals. Prior to that at the FORE School of Management where he taught for about three years, he was the Area Chairperson in the Economics and Business Policy area. His experience in the corporate sector spans about 11 years in engineering companies viz. Larsen and Toubro, Metal Box and HCL Limited. His educational qualifications include a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from IIT Kanpur, followed by a PGDM from IIM Ahmedabad and the Fellow Program in Management also from IIM Ahmedabad.
