· Interview Arrangements :
We facilitate and make all necessary arrangements for conducting tests/ Interviews with regard to Venue, Equipment etc. We could offer you the facility of conducting interviews at our office premises at Delhi, Bangalore & Chennai.

· Make Presentations :
We make presentations on the client's organizational profile to the prospective candidates based on literature, slides, Video tapes etc. provided by the client.

· Conduct Aptitude & Technical tests :
We Administer both Aptitude & Technical tests on behalf of the client in case it is a part of their selection procedure.

· Reference checking of candidates :
We make a discrete reference checks on the candidates selected by our clients before the offer is formally handed over to the candidate. This reference check is undertaken only if required by the client.

· Make offers & follow up :
We make offers to selected candidates on behalf of our clients and motivate them to accept the same. We keep close contact with the candidates even after they accept the offers and before they join. This is essentially to be aware of any factor that may deter them from joining on the designated date and we are not in for any surprises or disappointments

· VISA Processing :
We collect and validate all documents required to be filled for VISA Application and undertake the necessary formalities with the registered VISA Agents/authorities to ensure smooth & timely processing of VISAS.
