Dr. Lawrence Peris, Director, Consulting
Lawrence, an alumni of IIT and IIM, has over 4 decades of successful cross functional experience in Sales and Marketing, Management Education and Human Resource Management. As a multi-process Human Resource leader he has assisted global Engineering and IT software companies in recruitment and staffing, framing of HR policies, employee development, workforce planning and deployment, compensation and benefits management, performance management and HR consultative services. Lawrence holds a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from IIT Kanpur, a PGDM and FPM from IIM Ahmadabad. He was a professor of management at the FORE School of Management, New Delhi where he was also the Area Chairperson in the Economics and Business Policy area. His experience in the corporate sector prior to The Search House spans 11 years in engineering companies viz. Larsen and Toubro, Metal Box and HCL Limited. He has been a Director of The Search House since 1992
